Please read these terms and conditions carefully as they will help you make informed decisions about how to share your personal information with us. Although these terms and conditions apply only to information collected through the website, they are consistent with our policies and practices regarding personal information we receive.

  • What information do we collect?

Personal Identifiable Information (¨PII¨) we receive, among others, through contact forms, subscription, registration, or others on the website.

PII includes identification information, contact information, and technical information, among other data:

  • Names and surnames

  • Email address

  • Social media account

  • Phone numbers

  • Identification document

  • City and country of residence

  • Organization you belong to

  • Position in the organization

  • Sector you belong to (public, private, or civil)

Anonymous data related to user behavior during visits to the website, whether through cookies, pixels, or similar technologies. Among others, we could collect visit duration and visited content.

PII is used to contact users in response to requests made to Linked2u.

PII is used to maintain the relationship with Linked2u stakeholders (for example, suppliers, clients, or partners) in order to carry out joint activities and obligations.

PII and anonymous data are used to identify whether the contents are relevant and relevant to their interests, as well as to identify improvements in our communication channels in terms of user experience and design.

Access tool-related data is used both to identify improvements in the performance of our website and to ensure the operation of our site, its security, and that of its information.

  • What if I don't want to share my information?

Filling out records and forms on our page is voluntary, and without doing so, users can navigate on www.Linked2u.co. Filling out the forms is necessary to receive newsletters, and certain communications from Linked2u related to events, calls, and other activities.

By browsing on the Linked2u page, the anonymous information described in point 1 above will be collected, which, being anonymous, does not allow the identification of specific users.
